ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF WORK-LIFE BALANCE ON WORKER PRODUCTIVITY IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance on employee productivity in the manufacturing sector. Data were obtained through a questionnaire covering aspects of schedule flexibility, leave availability, managerial support, and workload, as well as productivity indicators such as work output, production errors, absenteeism, and job satisfaction. The regression analysis results show that work-life balance has a significant effect on work productivity, with an R value of 0.59 and R² of 0.35 (p = 0.021). This means that 35% of the variation in work productivity can be explained by work-life balance. The study recommends that companies improve work flexibility, strengthen managerial support, review workload, and develop data-based policies to support employees’ work-life balance.
