Abstract

Study This aim For analyzing management strategies Islamic education in develop culture school religious and characterful as effort form participant moral education​ noble, disciplined, and have integrity . Research This use approach qualitative with type studies library research and analysis descriptive-critical to various source scientific latest related management Islamic education and culture school religious . Research results show that management strategy effective Islamic education in develop culture school religious and characterful includes : (1) planning based integrated Islamic values in school vision, mission and programs ; (2) organization through formation structure institutional religious and exemplary leadership ; (3) implementation through internalization mark religious in activity learning, habituation of worship, and strengthening character ; and (4) supervision through evaluation sustainable to implementation culture religious school . New study This lies in integration approach management Islamic education with a strengthening model culture organization school religious based internalization values, habits, and role models leadership . Implications study This show that success development culture religious and character are very dependent on the effectiveness management systematic, integrative, and sustainable Islamic education
