INTELLIGENCE INTEGRATION ARTIFICIAL AND ARABIC LANGUAGE EDUCATION IN INCREASE LITERACY ISLAM GENERATION Z

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in Arabic language learning and its contribution to improving Islamic literacy among Generation Z. The method used is library research by reviewing various scientific articles related to AI, Arabic language education, and Islamic literacy published in 2023–2025. The results of the study indicate that the use of AI such as ChatGPT , AI-based translators, adaptive learning applications, and digital interactive platforms can improve Arabic language skills while facilitating access to Arabic-language Islamic sources. However, the use of AI requires academic supervision and Islamic ethics to ensure the information obtained remains valid and does not create technological dependency. This study concludes that the integration of AI in Arabic language education has the potential to improve Islamic literacy among Generation Z if applied critically, purposefully, and based on Islamic values
